Od dawna "chodziło" za mną chlapanie i brudzenie i gdy moja córka zażyczyła sobie zakładkę do książki z laleczką Primy, to od razu wiedziałam, że ta zakładka grzeczna nie będzie (taka tez jest moja córka). I tak oto powstała Betty w wersji grunge.
I've wanted to create something "splashy and dirty" for a long time. When my daughter asked me to make a Prima Doll bookmark for her I knew the bookmark was not going to be nice and orderly (just as my daughter ;-D). And here goes the grunge Prima Betty.

Na początku pokryłam ją całą gesso (gąbką, żeby dodać struktury), a później zaczęła się zabawa. Pokolorowałam brzegi i całą zakładkę różnego rodzaju mediami- mgiełkami, tuszami Disstress i chalkami Primy. Na tło nakleiłam serwetki, wycinanki papierowe, mikrokulki, cekiny i tiul ;-D.
At first I covered the paper with gesso using a sponge to get a nice texture. And then the fun started. I colored the edges and the whole tag using different media- mists, Distress ink pads and Prima chalk edgers. I glued paper doilies, die cuts, micro balls, sequins and tulle ;-D
Papierowa i pokolorowana Betty dostała też nową spódniczkę z papieru scrapowego.
Paper Betty got a new skirt from scrap paper .
Na koniec dodałam jeszcze odrobię Inka Gold w kolorze turkusowym i brokatową farbkę Ayeedy i pokryłam wszystko medium akrylowym, żeby zabezpieczyć elementy...
At the end I added a little turquise Inka Gold and gold Ayeeda paind and I covered everything with acrylic media to secure all the elements and the bookmark itself...
